Great park and play area for the kids & lovely location, public toilets are a little bit of a walk away, but don't always get loos near parks so can't complain really.
My children had a great time in Quomps Splash Park. Highly recommended for young children..
The splash park is lots of fun for children and builds on the educational elements of water play with the use of dams etc. The play park area next to the splash park has lots of elements to it including a swing that's been adapted to offer more support to a child who may have additional needs. There are toilets just across the grass.The grassy area is lovely for a picnic and games (if not too busy!). Dogs are welcome here too. There is a seasonal kiosk for hot drinks and ice creams and at the other end of the grass is a cafe which is open most of the year. There is also a place to hire a motor boat for a jaunt up the river or a short walk up to the gardens, priory and historic town of Christchurch.
Well done to Christchurch council for providing and maintaining the quomps. My two granddaughters absolutely love it here. They played all day. Nice to have free days out. Great play park next door and plenty of room for picnicking
Great for little ones. Clean and friendly outside water park. Safety flooring and numerous water jets. Ample parking nearby and small kiosk. Next to the water park is a small swing park and all surrounded by a large grassed play area. The river runs by leading to the Quay. Great time for parents and little ones alike.
