I bought a brand new jaguar xe sport 5 months ago and have had and still having an awful experience with Westovers misleading and terrible after sales. I would NOT recommend Westover to anyone and will certainly NOT buy from any Westover branch in the future.

Terrible customer service and very expensive. I rang up for a service quote on my XF and was quote 550, I took my car to Taunton Jaguar near where I work and got the same service for 330. Months later I went in the Westover Jaguar for advice on a buzzer in my car to which no one knew what it was. I was told they would contact Jaguar directly and call my back within 48hrs, that was 3 weeks ago and no call. Obviously too busy ripping off all there other customers.

Great large main dealer. Although the sales and service area is currently a temporary structure while the new premises is built the level of service is still great. And the newly built workshops are one of the best I've ever seen. The staff are very friendly.
