Ordered flowers from this florist for my mums birthday. As I live in Australia I wanted to get flowers from a local florist rather than a general flower ordering website. The flowers were not delivered on the day I arranged the delivery for. When I called up the florist the following day to question why they hadn't arrived they weren't even that apologetic and didn't offer me any compensation for their mistake even though they admitted it was their fault in how they wrote it in their diary. They issued me a refund straight away as if it was normal practice. There are plenty of local florists in the area and I will never use this florist again.
I've just had my first experience in this Florist as it was recommended to me and it was amazing. Jess has an incredible talent and made me 3 very beautiful bunches of flowers. I have now planned for Christmas. Can't recommend Fairmile Florist enough. They are a very talented and thoughtful florist. Brilliant!
