Several family members are interred here, its lovely. My mother expressed her wishes to have her ashes scattered there too. However...Just been to the woodland burial site office (Sat early afternoon) to try and organise scattering mum's ashes. The co-op had organised her funeral a few months ago, very competently but we decided to do the scattering when it felt right, separately.The man in the office (which was open, but not open, apparently) was however far too interested in sitting at his desk reading his newspaper to bother himself with dealing with us! He couldnt even be bothered to find out the weekday opening times when we could actually organise it. He was rude, offhand and totally unprofessional. We were absolutely lost for words by his disrespectful manner, and just left. I couldn't believe it.The only good news he imparted was he was not working the day I wished to have her ashes scattered. Good. You aren't even fit to clean her shoes sir.
Very uncomfortable. Paul did not acknowledge family. At the grave side felt very uncomfortable read out a letter which was full of lies from a disgusting person. Should have found out more about this person and what they did. Will not be buying a tree for our Son. Thank you for making our families day uncomfortable. Will not be recommending you to anyone
Everyone at woodlands has been amazing. Especially Hanna. We sadly brought my baby daughters ashes here in June this yr, and she is now resting in the very peaceful Ladybird Garden. Hanna took our service for us and beautifully read through my daughters order of service. I cant thank her enough for everything from her initial advice right through to the service. We have been visiting Woodlands for 15yrs since my Grandma passed away, its such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Thankyou. X
