Still waiting on our refund, various emails from Mel the owner promising that it will be done by a certain date and then saying its been done. He wont return our calls has deleted our comments on his Facebook page. Now we have seen that he is messing other people about with refunds.We have reported him to the fraud team and will being issuing a moneyclaim against him shotly
