worst highlights Iv ever seen, not quite sure what the hairdressers was thinking and why she thought it was acceptable to let me walk out of the salon as a paying customer with blocks of straight yellow highlights on my dark hair. Really amateurish. I was rushed out of the salon, when I got home and dried my hair and was horrified. I will give credit to her as she did rectify the highlights so I spent another 2 hours after 2 hours previously to put my hair back exactly how it was, so a complete waste of a whole day off work and money for my hair to looked no different to when I woke up. The blocks were hidden under the top section on my hair so I feel that she knew she went wrong. I was in too minds about leaving this review but I did not even get an apology from her once I got back to the salon, I was made to feel like it was my fault for not liking them when the colour was awful
Fantastic hairdressers my colour was the best I have ever had staff were so helpful and lovely has to be five stars
Really poor service. Booked in weeks in advance to have my nails done for a special event and when I arrived they told me they had accidentally booked me in for earlier and they couldn't do it anymore. Don't rely on Faith for special occasions.
