Always extremely helpful in this shop, Ive always come out with what I need and they can order up if they dont have the item and always call you when it arrives, all the staff are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to resolve any problems I have presented them with. Top marks from me
Fantastic gem of a shop. There really is nothing else quite like it. The staff are always helpful and friendly - despite having to count out anything from 4 to 140 individual screws for me on several occassions! Whoever buys this shop, please keep it exactly the same!
Best for practical experienced advice. Whatever the challenge, the staff at castles can offer a solution and the tools / materials to do the best job. Highly, highly recommend them.
If they don't sell it then it's a good bet that you can't buy it (because it doesn't exist). A proper old fashioned ironmongers with exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable staff. If you don't know then ask because they probably will.
What a fantastic shop! It really has a wealth of goods and good old traditional values. Quality is key and friendly charming staff make it such an appealing place to gather those goods. Competitive prices - and as I discovered many things cheaper than the poorer quality chain store alternatives. Would recommend.
