Had an awful time, lack of this solicitors experience almost cost me a sale. Was forced to leave them and re-pay for initial fee with Steele Raymond. Sale then went without a hitch. Have filed a complaint with Legal Ombudsman and complained to Chester Law on 15 October 2018, no reply from Chester Law and have now (08/02/2019) asked the Legal Ombudsman to step in as the complaint has been lodged with Mr Chester (head of Chester Law) for over three months. Choose a solicitor with experience or you may suffer as i did.
