Amazing hotel. Staff brilliant, they all work so hard. Special mention to Richard the restaurant manager. He worked tiresly to ensure we all had a fab weekend.

Spent a brilliant weekend here for my brother's wedding. The hotel is lovely and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the location, the people and the food.
Having been before with other friends we were in Mudeford Quay today and mentioned to different friends whether they would like lunch there. They said yes and we were in their car and telling them about the outside terrace overlooking the sea and when we arrived at the Hotel and went in the Receptionist said that the terrace was closed as a canopy was being built so we are inside. We only wanted a snack and we all had s Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese bagel which came with French fries but I swapped mine for fat chips and my husband and girlfriend chose a Greek Salad each instead of the Chips. It was tasty and delicious and a very full and thickly filled bagel. We all had bottled waters and were absolutely full so.much so we couldn't stretch to desserts or coffee. The waiting staff were very chatty and friendly and the 4 of us had a lovely lunch.
Had a wonderful time. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the spa treatments were excellent. Room was light airy and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. This was my 4th visit and I will be returning.
