Apart from a few niggles, my move and storage was accomplished with the minimum of fuss. The office staff were brilliant, and calls were returned.promptly. The crew who packed the containers were 1st class and nothing was too much trouble. The crew who moved me were a little less professional, even leaving an item on the front lawn without telling me, leaving boxes in the wrong place although clearly marked, and even flipping a piece of furniture over in mid air rather then take it back out of the room and bring it in the right way round. The crew who delivered the storage items couldn't have been more careful with many antique pieces, and although was a long day for them, they never seemed too rushed to oblige. I doubt I will be using the firm again as hopefully this move was my last, but if needs be, I would. Their storage warehouses are immaculate too
We have used Pardy's several times over the last few years and on each occasion the move has been seamless. The team are cheerful, hard working and very professional. There has never been any damage to our possessions or property despite the recent move being slightly challenging for Geoff and Wayne who did an amazing job, particularly getting a large American fridge/freezer to the first floor of our new house. We would not hesitate to recommend Pardy's to anybody.
Very happy! The removal guys were lovely, very efficient and very helpful both times (we also had a period of storage) and all our things came back to us safe and sound. Would definitely recommend them.
Having the full Pardy packing service they were efficient, unobtrusive, very careful and extremely swift with the unloading on gaining access to the new property. Always friendly, helpful and drank gallons of tea!
We cannot praise Pardys Removal Services enough. Everyone we had contact with from start to finish was friendly, helpful and professional. On moving out of our home in Surrey into their storage, Martin and Gary and then Jeff, worked so hard and efficiently with great humour throughout, they were wonderful. Moving in to our new home in Poole a week later came at short notice but Des and everyone pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond to get us in. We cannot thank you all enough for all your hard work, the service from Pardys has been outstanding throughout. I would use you again without hesitation! Very best wishes to everyone.
