Nice and close to the local shops but take care when you are exiting, there's a tight left hand bend as you go down a level!

Convenient over two storeys but shame the council withdrew the 50p for half an hour parking which was useful as there isn't a lot in Christchurch to warrant staying much longer at this end of town!
Only carpark in Christchurch with covered ground floor which is great if raining. Fair pricing at 2.60 for 3 hours. Quick access to all local shops, theatre and pubs.
