Highly recommend.. i'm attending deep muscle massage.. can't begin to explain why I put myself through such pain..but if you understand alignment.. You'll know why I'm doing it. Obviously less painful massage techniques available as well.

I found Dr Richard Barton via a Google search, found that the reviews were good and, as I was not in my home area and was really in need of some work on a trapped nerve and neck pain, I tried him out. What a nice, approachable guy! Very knowledgeable, friendly, experienced and vitally, made me feel *so* much better after just one session! Very highly recommended.

Saw Dr Barton with an ongoing lower back problem. After a thorough examination I was given stretches and exercise to help increase my core strength. Having visited physiotherapist and sports massage I found this approach to my condition a very welcomed change from previous treatments.
