Our boiler stopped working on New Years Eve. After about half hour of ringing around and nobody being able to come out until the next day, my wife fortunately said "I'll just try one more". Graham, we are so grateful that you were willing to call in on your way to your New Years Eve party and got our boiler working. With two children under five and the mother-in-law staying we were panicking, especially as we were being quoted up to 500 by other companies to come out on New Years Day just to look at it.! You quickly diagnosed the problem, calmed us down and dashed off to your unit to pick up the part you needed. All repaired in just over an hour and for less than half what others wanted to charge for coming to look at it the next day! Your offer of lending us heaters if you hadn't got the part really impressed us. Had an electrical fault, needed a rewire company was very efficient and tidy with minimal distribution would recommend WBC
WBC fitted me a new boiler on Christmas eve, I called them at 5.30 in the morning, I had an engineer at my house by 6.30.My boiler had had it so they fitted me a new Vaillant boiler the same day, what a superb service excellent price and they definitely went the extra mile.I would thoroughly recommend them
