I came across nails & lashes by Annie as I had an eyelash extension drama 1 day before I was visiting Poole for a wedding. I called on the day and she was so accommodating to my emergency and managed to fit me in. I received a very high level of service and my lash top up / fixing has been great for 2 weeks now. I just wished I lived closer as Id make her my go to for lashes

First set of lash extensions and i am so pleased with them I love the length. Such a lovely lady, made me feel at ease the whole time and for that i wouldn't go anywhere else! x
Whilst Annie is a lovely lady and very accommodating taking bookings at short notice on a Sunday, I feel compelled to write this review as I am so shocked at the service I received. I booked in to see Annie for an acrylic set removal which I got done at another salon. Annie ripped off each acrylic nail with no prior soaking, which was a really painful experience. Not only that, two nails were pulled so hard, half of my natural nail also came off, leaving me bleeding. With no real apology or concern, she continued to paint over the blood (!) and then charge me 15 for it. I could have ripped them all off myself to be honest but I went to a salon to get them done professionally. Really disappointed as my nails are now ruined and will be for at least a few weeks until they have grown back. I understand that acetone is not good for your nails (which Annie did explain), but Im not sure how this method is any better!!!
