Good old fashioned customer service
Very friendly service and I was surprised by the very reasonable price for my GIANT mountain bike repair. I'd definitely recommend them and they will now be my go-to cycle shop!
I spoke to someone about my cycle shoes and pedals on my racing bike. The member of staff told me to bring my bike and shoes so he could have a look. He then changed my pedals and fitted new cleats to my shoes and only charged me the cost of the pedals. Fantastic service and I will definitely go back. Great stuff and I wish I took the man's name. Thank you again .

I ride for Deliveroo and these guys have saved my bacon on a number of occasions. They picked up on problems missed by other shops in the area, and even lent me a wheel so I could continue to ride while they ordered a part. Friendly and knowledgeable and stocking some good bikes; what more could you want?!
