Three big problems. 1. The work carried was was appalling, the front emblem was not removed and sprayed around. 2. The rear badges were replaced broken on the original adhesive which lead to them falling off. 3. Extremely rude front of house staff. Avoid, use anybody else!
Whilst the repair was very good, it should only have taken a few days. However I didn't get it back until 5pm on day eleven which was a Friday and then I had to go and collect myself because if they had to return it I would have had to wait until Monday. I have 3 large dogs which I was unable to put in the courtesy car so they only had 3 walks in 11 days apart from 3 days when friends took pity on them and took us out. Due to my poor mobility it is the only way I can get them out. They didn't seem at all concerned about that. I certainly don't think they cared what happened to my dogs.
Absolutely disgusted by the service upon picking my car up after being repaired. I was given awful attitude when picking my car up and giving back my courtesy car. I had eyes rolled at me and looked at disgustingly to top the attitude that was given. 97% of communication is non verbal. Being a Store manager in a very customer focused role Im not one to complain often and would rather praise but felt this needed bringing to attention. I left very annoyed and disgusted on how I was spoken to for such a simple task just because the car had an ever so small layer of dirt around the skirts and wheel arches. This was a white car of which I would have thought be expected having had the car for three weeks. I was told the car could not be used for the next customer because of this which I find very unlikely and was never told upon being given the courtesy car that it needed to come back valeted. Rethinking employees would be very wise for this company and I will never use FW jesty again.
Professional team of nice people fixed my bumper within a morning after ordering the part ahead of the fix.Would highly recommend.
I would not use this company to do any repair work unless you don't need your car for along period of time. They seem to have a lot of excuses as to why things have not been done and there seems very little communication between the department's. A part from Jackie who seems to care the remaining staff here don't seem to care. Just to be clear this is a body shop and should not be used for anything mechanical. My car was returned back to me after over 6 weeks with them and still does not run and now has faults that were not there prior to going into their care. I have now had to pay an alternative garage to put right the issues they have not been able to sort out.
