Charged a pensioner 10 for some air in mobility scooter tyre not good

Robbed my father in law blind and took 7 weeks to fix his car. It took over a month to start with then it had to go back as I discovered they fitted recon parts not new as requested (and paid for). Rude. Lied on the phone repeatedly that it was in the workshop being done - when I went to check it was dumped at the side of the road. Then we discovered it hadnt been repaired with new parts and went back again. When I compained they called my father in law a liar. He was a regular customer too of several years standing. Not any more. Avoid.
Good garage, very helpful. Sorted out a wheel bearing on my seat when I was in trouble.
I asked for a quote for some work on my vehicle week ending 13.3 2015 despite several phone calls still no quote now weekending 20.3.2015 exceptionally poor service. 10 days to price cambelt change and speedo cable replacement.....draw your own conclusions!
