I signed up as a new patient after receiving marketing flyers stating they had increased capacity to take on additional patients. First appointment with the dentist was in March this year and I was advised to see a hygienist. The earliest appointment for my requirements was sometime in mid-June (about 3 months away). Two days prior to the appointment I was informed the appointment is cancelled as the hygienist was unavailable that day. I was rescheduled for an appointment in the third week of July with assurances that there will be no cancellations this time. Ive been called today informing of the cancellation of my July appointment and the next earliest appointment is now available for end Jan 2019 (8 months from today). To top it all, I have been charged in March 50% of my hygienist fees in advance , for an appointment which I may never have. Its ridiculous the manner in which I have been treated with no concern for for my time or the need for hygienist services to be delivered. I wont be going to this dentistry again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Saw a German lady dentist who did not want to start on my bridge as she was leaving, so passed me on to a South African dentist dentist who just before my apt at 8.15 in the morning raised her voice at the male receptionist and said so all who where there could hear, I won't see this man as I don't want to do another dentist patent. So i was left sitting there in pain, and not one so called professional dentist, asked me if they could help me. As for this very unprofessional so called dentist she should be struck off, may I also say that the Receptionist was a very helpful caring man, apologigised to me, and argued with the dentist. Saying you can't do that.. The conversation was also heard by an older couple who almost walked out, so disgusted they where. So I am now on the waiting list for a new dentist who is starting there next month. Lastly not even the higher management bothered to phone me and explain what happened and why.....
