Never had any issues
Since they have been taken over by The Providence they have gone downhill very fast , I don't even know where to start with the amount of problems my family have had with this surgery , receptionists have lied and got so much wrong that they should be sacked for incompetence , some of the Doctors are great and are very helpful , some are not so great , my partner was given the wrong medication three times ! And if he had taken it he would of been very ill ! Unfortunately I would not be able to recommend this Drs practice to anyone ! I just wished they hadn't of sold out to the money grabbing Providence surgeries !
Poor handling of repeat prescription on more than one occasion .Very poor handling of priority when re-setting forced appointment cancellation. No alternative doctor offered.
Great Doctors and nurses, we are always seen promptly, everyone has always been fantastic with my chilgren and I, great to have a pharmacy just next door
I was in a major kidney crisis which started when I was waiting to see my gp. Those who has this kind of problems knows that the pain is excruciating. And they have asked me to call a taxi and go to Bournemouth hospital. When Ive called 999 they grab my phone and speak on my name without tell the operator anything about my condition. One day before I was picked up of the road by an ambulance. For that reason Ive been waiting for an ambulance 55 minutes. So dont go there if you have any other choice.
