Great furniture shop. Very friendly approachable staff
The customer service are great they helped me to find a great deal on some items I needed.
We visited the Christchurch store to buy a recliner settee and was not disappointed! We were greeted by lovely sales lady (unfortunately we cant remember her name , but she came from Malta)who gave us some good advice and was not pushy at all. She left us to have a look around and offered us a coffee which was very appreciated. After we made our decision the sales lady talked us through the care package and options of the lovely corner recliner settee and we signed on the dotted line . Now we just have to wait for delivery!
Well, we bought a couch. Really lovely staff, pretty good coffee and they gave us a pretty neat deal, when the couch dies will definitely DFS again!
All of the staff just sat in the office in the middle of the room with the doors shut. No one came out and offered assistance even as I was looking into the office clearly wanting to discuss things. I left and went to Harvey's 2 stores along which had wonderful service.
