Really really terrible poor estate agents. After signing a contact, I was kept waiting for 2 weeks for photos to be taken, by which time the standard 14 days cool off was over, and the photos were truly awful. We felt the photos and descriptions of our house did not do it justice and we were actually quite insulted. They clearly did not have a clue. We were not informed of a planned open day, until we saw it on rightmove. Communication poor. After one day of viewings we were pressured and pressed to take an offer lower than the asking price. As we wanted to sell quickly we went along. I was immediately asked to give them a review, despite not completing the sale. There was a period of 3/4 weeks where all involved including Solicitors were awaiting a decision, due to Meridians inexperienced staff and naivety. Never again..... Nightmare
Could not fault the the experience with meridian, from start to finish an excellent service. James gave an excellent evaluation presenting a achievable price to sell at through local market research. My flat was put on the market and after a few viewings from Karen sold in 8 hours after being on the market with other agents for months! No task was too small with the post sale support and Leah was on hand to support on any question including chasing up the solicitors! Overall would recommend this agency to anyone and everyone! Thank you guys!
