Do not use this very unprofessional outfit. Will act against parties wishes and will not take instructions form one of the selling parties involved.Has acted with verbal instruction only to ignore second parties wishes, I have not even signed a contract for them to sell this joint property sale. When instructed that they are acting improperly, I was basically told to go swivel.
