Drove all the way to their garage, in the middle of 'road closed due to roadworks ', complete dismissive and uninterest by the the woman behind the desk, no passion or interest in my BMW engine problem, made me feel like I was wasting her lunch break, would not budge from her 'sorry cannot do anything for at least 3 weeks' stance, .A very disappointing first impression of this garage .
A family run business offering good value , honest estimates and exceptional service. They specialise in BMW, Mini and Volkswagen but can work on any car. The premises are on ground level with easy access for people with disabilities. The staff are very friendly and offer free advice and no pressure quotes on advisory work. Appointment reminders are sent out via text. Nothing is too much trouble. I totally recommend this business.
