Absolute rip off (I paid 72 for 30 min hygienist) and they made my mouth bleed loads and my gums swell for weeks after. I complained about this and no one seemed interested. Receptionists were always rude and unhelpful. Never want to go back.
I just had the worst appointment ever with a Dentist .He was rude , told me I didnt understand the NHS. I was born in UK, but have Canadian accent.I had booked a teeth cleaning , or so I thought , he said I had to come back for cleaning and I needed tooth filled , which I know wasn't necessary.I had my xrays from Cambridge Dentist which were taken in June .It was the worse and this Dentist named Ricardo should be GONE.

I've been using My Dentist in Christchurch for over a year now, they were the nearest NHS Dentists I could get into at the time, I've always found the staff helpful and polite, last Thursday I called first thing in the morning to report that I believed I had an abscess, they sorted me out an appointment for Friday morning got me in, examined and treated , Given how busy NHS Dentists are these days I do not believe that I could have been treated any faster
Awful service. Cancellation after cancellation and treatment was barbaric. Miss informed about payment and now facing penalty charges from the NHS!
