Staff friendly & helpful very well thought out store with good furniture.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Bought a dining table and chairs which arrived when specified. Unfortunately the table top had slight damage which we noticed later in the evening. Took photos and informed Gaynor at Cookes, who said she would phone when a replacement was in. The replacement took a little longer than they expected but Gaynor phoned each time when she said she would and couldn't have been more helpful. Delivery guys also absolutely brilliant. Will definitely use again and thoroughly recommend.
