Fantastic service all round....I had my 2x2 seater sofa seat cushions replaced with really quality foam as mine was looking very saggy And fed up of trying to plump them up every time someone sat on them.....it now looks like a brand new sofa thanks to FC HANCOX .....would highly recommend their service..
Just had to write this review as I found customer service from FC Hancox absolutely outstanding and their products are great too. I ordered a specific type of foam for some window seat pads that I'm having made for us. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong thickness foam and when I called to see if anything could be done about it, Richard was extremely helpful. I paid for collection and delivery of the foam but they cut the foam and wrapped it & put in stockinette for me again. The whole thing was returned to me within a few days only. Like I said, the service and products are great quality and I would highly recommend this company! They are competitively priced too, which is always a plus!
