Josh and Sam were extremely approachable and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They also recommended an online Solicitor ( who were extremely efficient as well ) saving me around 500 in the process. Would gladly recommend them/ use them again.
Would never go with these again. It was a stressful period buying our first home. The person who we dealt with felt like a bully. We wanted the home buyer report the estate agent tried scaring us out of doing it saying it would take a lot longer for the sale to go through, when in actual fact it didn't it was for the buyers benefit. We told the estate agent we didn't want the oven left at the house as it didn't work and we shouldn't have to pay to remove it, the estate agent told me to pay out 36 to get it removed as the seller spent over 100 On certificates. After I heard this I was in utter shock as I've just spent so much on the house. In the last month of the sale. I was at work and bullock and lees kept ringing me whilst I'm working/on a lunch break. I actually had to hang up on them as I had to go back to work, i then had the manager of bullock and lees on the phone to me threatening me with if the sale doesn't go through I'll be liable for 000s of pounds. The manager also asked me to speak to my manager so he could tell her to give me a day off to sort my big day out - again in shock that estate agents get away with speaking to people like this. On the day we got the keys my partner and I turned up at the house when a delivery driver knocked on our door to deliver something, we both looked at each other and laughed and unknown to us the door opened - it was the estate agent. This was our home, our moment and they were actually in there first. I would never ever use these people again. As they also caused us to pay more on our mortgage as they caused us admin fees. Without telling us. This was our first home and it was the most stressful time. Turn your heads people when you see their signs up! I certainly will.
