It's a standard Italian restaurant. Menu hasn't been changed for years. The food is ok. The staff are friendly and helpful. I suspect a regular clientele means they never have to make changes to the menu. I think they could be so much better if they wanted to be but feels like they're resting on their laurels.
It's like stepping back in time walking into Pinocchio. Great food and service. Would prefer a little more choice on the dessert menu. Reasonable prices.
Delicious pizza, exactly the right size. Very friendly staff. My husband is very, very sad that banana split is no longer on the menu!
Good vine and cozy to eat at a place where time has stopped. However, the menu claims that the food is freshly made which seems highly unlikely. The pizza base was small, oily flat, but spongy, similar to a pan pizza you would get in pizza hut. All the veggies on the pizzas were fresh, but the pizza was mostly bathing in what seemed to be cheap mozzarella. The dessert was overpriced. We were disappointed, since we liked the rustic feel and the restaurant had plenty of customers. We had indigestion after eating there. Don't waste your money at Pinocchio's!
Excellent meal - nice atmosphere, and very interesting themed restaurant. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A very pleasant experience, and good value too! Nice to see something different from the normal 'boring' pizza parlours!
